Now, it’s no secret that staying accountable to your routine is the #1 way to get results. Whether it’s fitness, mindfulness, eating better, or anything else, staying consistent and accountable to your practice is what gets you to your goals!
That said, our online community of awesome FeelGood Doers is growing into something pretty amazing, and I am seeing and hearing lots of great results.
One really amazing one is from my Mum who had a big health challenge recently but with an open mind took many of my suggestions about mindset, movement and nutrition on board and reported to me yesterday that she has never felt better!
That is AMAZING!
She has been given a clean bill of health by her specialist and when she recently caught up with friends (and her GP) they all commented on how great she looked.
Even when I was chatting to her, she had so much energy in her voice.
I am so grateful that she committed to doing the work and has the fantastic outcome as a result. Well done MUM! You are a superwoman.
