Exercise Fundamentals

When moving our body we must always make sure we do so safely, effectively and efficiently. Our bodies need to be warmed up before strenuous exercise and we need to practice good movement patterns repetitively to make them ‘stick’. We need to have strength and stability to find motor control AND flexibility to work through the full range of motion that allows us to perform daily functions at any time.

My aim through Complete ME PT Exercise coaching is to help give you the tools needed to move correctly and safely to promote strong, flexible and healthy bodies to last a lifetime.

The exciting thing about the modern time is that we have so much information available to us, especially through the internet and social media but this can also be a problem with everyone putting anything and everything out there.

My past experience as a Fitness Coach, Nutritional Coach, Science Graduate and Registered Nurse has helped to consolidate and highlight the tried, tested and true movement patterns that deliver results.
